Joel Wardell

I was born and raised in Owen Sound, and I’m proud to call this community home. As a second-generation REALTOR® at RE/MAX Grey Bruce Realty, real estate has always been a part of my life. My dad, Brian Wardell, built a strong reputation in the area, and I’m excited to carry that legacy forward with a modern, marketing-driven approach.

I graduated from Fanshawe College in 2023 with a Business diploma, which gives me a strong foundation to market properties effectively and connect with today’s buyers and sellers. Whether it’s creating standout listing campaigns or helping clients find their perfect home, I bring fresh energy, local knowledge, and dedication to every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me on the ski hills, out on the water boating or waterskiing, at the gym, or diving into new business ventures.

With deep roots in Grey Bruce and a passion for both real estate and marketing, my goal is to provide clients with authentic service, quick communication, and outstanding results.
